For the actor theme you can use Behind the Scene images, but you could also use images from premieres, tv show appearances or other photoshoots (for example for magazines).
As for levels - it means that you should show at least 2 levels of images. This can be done horizontally or vertically. The levels don't have to be an equal height/width (although mine usually do)
